Data controller

Data collected and method
The contact form collects your name, at least one contact method (email address or telephone number), any selected project topic and your message. Any additional information you type in the message may also be received. The data is sent to the website server, which attempts to forward it by email. If sending fails, your email application may open a draft; the draft is not sent unless you send it. The application does not keep a separate message database. To prevent abuse, a server-keyed digest of the IP address and request times is temporarily kept in a server file. Access/security logging depends on the hosting provider.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data may be used to respond to enquiries, assess project or quotation requests and protect legal rights. Depending on the specific activity, Turkish KVKK Article 5(2)(c), relating to contract formation/performance, and Article 5(2)(f), legitimate interests not overriding fundamental rights, may apply, together with other applicable legal grounds. This notice does not request consent for marketing.
Recipients and transfers
The website attempts to forward form data to info@luessyapi.com.tr using the server email facility. Thus the email and hosting infrastructure may process your message and contact details. Actual provider identities, server countries, subcontractors and any cross-border transfers must be verified by the company; the source code does not establish these facts. Data may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.
Retention and security
The website code does not permanently store form messages in a database. Rate-limit timestamps are assessed in a rolling 60-minute window; physical cleanup of the rate-limit files additionally requires an hourly server-side scheduled task in cPanel. Without this task, timely deletion of old files cannot be promised. Email retention, backups and server log retention depend on actual provider settings and the company retention policy.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may request information about processing, its purposes, recipients, correction, deletion where legally available, and other statutory rights. External resources
Your browser requests fonts only from this website’s domain. On initial use, our server may retrieve Inter and Noto Sans Arabic from their official provider and store them in a private cache; visitor IP addresses, cookies and form data are not forwarded in this server-to-server request. System fonts are used if retrieval is unavailable. No external analytics, advertising or session-recording tags were found in the distributed source code. Any cross-border transfer through hosting or email providers needs to be assessed under KVKK Article 9 after verifying the actual providers.
